Accessory Quality Control Checklist for Scarves, Hats and Gloves

A useful accessory inspection starts with an approved specification and reference sample, not a generic checklist alone. The inspector needs the correct product version, measurement method, tolerance, color standard, material and weight requirement, decoration placement, label artwork, packaging instruction and carton marks. Shared checks across scarves, hats and gloves include quantity, dimensions, color consistency, workmanship, trims, labels, packaging and visible damage. Category-specific checks matter as well. Scarves require attention to weight, handfeel, weave or knit consistency, edge finishing and fringe. Hats require fit, crown and brim shape, symmetry, embroidery or patch placement and pack-out that protects the shape. Gloves require pair matching, size and finger construction, seam strength, cuff consistency, decoration attachment and touchscreen function when it is part of the approved product. Findings should be photographed and classified against the agreed inspection plan. The plan may include factory checks, AQL-based inspection, third-party inspection or laboratory testing, but none should be assumed automatically. Final shipment decisions follow the criteria agreed for that project.
